Returns will be refunded with Ray x Rae Store Credit. 



We will be happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within "14 days" of you receiving your item(s) 



If postmark shows delivered more than 14 days prior to request the request will not be accepted.



Customers will be issued store credit towards a new item. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds and do not hold items for exchange



Items should be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair. 



All original tags must be attached. Please do not attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. Packages that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to sender. 



Please email rayxraestore@gmail.com before shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received your exchange/store credit will be processed within 2-3 days.



Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges.



Ray x Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding your shipment tracking.



We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.



If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 48 hours. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed damaged. After 48 hours, Ray x Rae can no longer be responsible. 

Ray x Rae will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
